How do I solve this ANSWER The CD-ROM of FPWIN GR Ver.

Go to Start, Run, type this file name, and press OK to uninstall the previous version.

Since no one else has responded, I will suggest what Ive experienced.

It turned out the PLC was originally programmed with an older programming package.

FPWIN was not compatible but you could upload with some errors (I dont remember the errors).

Then you could download with FPWIN and the program (PLC) would be updated.

My experience with their tech support was good..

During installation, be sure to read the License Agreement.

Users who continue with the installation are regarded as assenting to the conditions of use in the License Agreement.

Input the license numbers written in the user registration card which is included in the FPWIN GR Ver.2.

When installing in Windows XP,WindowsVista or Windows7 the following message is displayed.

The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing.

Please select Continue Anyway button.When the message, First, please uninstall FPWIN GR 2 and install again., is appeared.

Uninstall the FPWIN GR 2 in the addition and deletion of application in the control panel.Perform uninstallation to select FPWIN GR 2.

When uninstallation is completed, it is ready to be installed.Double click the downloaded file again, and follow the screen prompts displayed by the installation program.(If you perform uninstallation without following the installation procedure (step3), version upgrade cannot be performed.

So please be sure to follow the installation procedure.)3.After completing the installation, reboot the computer.
